Size Advisor Pro collects anonymous measurement data (height, weight) entered by shoppers when using the size advisor widget. This data is associated with the merchant's shop domain, not with individual customer identities.
Collected data is used solely to provide size recommendations and analytics to merchants. We do not sell, share, or transfer this data to third parties.
Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. Merchants may request deletion of their data at any time by uninstalling the app or contacting us.
We comply with Shopify's mandatory data privacy requirements. Upon receiving a shop/redact or customer/redact webhook, all associated data is deleted from our systems within 48 hours.
